Brownies with Prunes and Walnuts
Ingredients:
60 g whole wheat flour
60 g all-purpose flour
½ level tsp baking powder
35 g cocoa
2 eggs (110 g)
120 g honey
120 g olive oil
1 tbsp vanilla extract
100 g couverture (dark chocolate)
2 handfuls of dried prunes
2 handfuls of shelled walnuts
We work with 3 bowls in total:
in the first, add all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, cocoa) and mix them
in the second, add the wet ingredients (eggs, honey, olive oil, vanilla) and mix well
and in the third, melt the couverture in a bain-marie (double boiler)
Pour the melted couverture into the wet mixture and stir well, then add the dry mixture and stir gently. Finely chop the prunes and add them together with the walnuts, then stir a little more. Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 160°C
Enjoy!
